Shipping policy

At AHEVA, we strive to deliver your order in the quickest, safest, and most economical way possible. We process all orders within 24 hours of
receiving them, and we will do our best to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible. Here are some further details about our shipping policy:

The shipping time may vary depending on the location and availability of the product. 

 We provide a tracking number for every order once it has been shipped. You will receive a WhatsApp message , email OR a SMS with the tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package.

 Please note that our shipping times may be impacted by factors such as unexpected weather events and national holidays, which may delay the delivery of your order.

Returns

  • Send an email to support@aheva.in and we'll inform you on how to return your item.
  • You will have 6 days to notify us if you would like to return your item.
  • We don't refund the shipping cost of your order
  • All jewellery is refundable/exchangeable except earrings due to hygiene reasons.
  • Only products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for therefund to show in your bank account. 
  • If the parcel is damaged
    Please record a video while receiving your parcel and opening it.
    Share it with us at www.aheva.in within 48 hours
  • Ensure the video shows the seal intact before unboxing and continues until the parcel is fully opened.
  • If the seal is broken upon delivery, do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
    Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained as per our policy.
    Add this also -Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • If your jewellery piece is faulty (e.g. a colour fade/broken chain/loose stone), please note we will replace the jewellery only once.
  • If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you ask for proof of postage (parcel) otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and promotional purchases are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancellations

  • You cannot cancel orders after 2 hours of placing your order. Your order will be fulfilled & shipped.
