Method 1:Measure an Existing Ring 

  • Take a ring that fits your intended finger perfectly.

  • Measure the inside diameter (in mm) of the ring using a ruler or caliper

  • Size 7: 17.3 mm diameter

  • Size 8: 18.1 mm diameter

Method 2:Use a String or Paper Strip

  • Wrap a string or a thin strip of paper around your finger where you’ll wear the ring.

  • Mark the point where the string overlaps or meets.

  • Measure the length of the string in millimeters. This is the circumference of your finger.

  • Size 7: 54.4 mm circumference

  • Size 8: 57.0 mm circumference
